We always Blame the CIA, but what about the GRU?

Here on ATS we has a group are all guilty of it.

When something really weird happens, we just jump the gun and blame our usual suspects, the CIA, KGB (SVR), MI5 or 6, Mossad, ISI, DIA, IAA..whoever.

But we never blame the GRU. WHY?

How could this have slipped by?!

The GRU is not some new organization. It is older than anyone here apparently.

Is there any other proof of America being penetrated by the GRU? And how can you be sure that this defector is not a double agent?

Yeah seriously good questions.

Those waters are too muddy to even try.

Well most people do not know who they are in the 3 letter alphabet soup agencies. Anything we say will be just speculation as I never see these guys in the news, so to be honest NOTHING comes to my mind.

OK, I did a GOOGLE search and there is a story here in Poland.

But this little part sounds STUPID.
