Unkown non-civil helicopter over Manchester UK - any thoughts?

Forgot to mention, on this fellows helicopter he was forced to make some minor cosmetic changes from the movie helicopter, due to legal requirements. The cockpit is a little more flush and the gun in the nose was removed and the area reworked, but the basic effect is the same, a Gazelle mated with a Apache.

I know they only made it to prototype stage, but the RAF might be showing interest in these? Who knows, right?
