that is exactly why are you misled. enemies of the Rome demonize it, it's not their goal to own a farm of sheep. it's not their goal to make one big concentration camp. Rome needs growth not stagnation. we have a whole galaxy out there to conquer. we can't go in a battle with an army of sheep.

perhaps I have been looking at it the wrong way. Your right,the NWO is always seen from a negative point of view now that I think about it..
