Oh yeah, so much for a renewed effort in open government.

Despite Obama's promises to the contrary, as far as I can tell, the president's recent executive order on classified information has succeeded in centralizing the decision process in releasing and classifying information.

Decisions to release info are now being made at the very top - ultimately with the Prez and VP. This will only backlog a system of FOIA release, which already is convoluted and long. For instance, let's say you make a request for info regarding project Moondust from NASA, if you have to wait for the administration to rule on that, how long do you think that process will take?

Yeah, so much for an opening of the government...

The good stuff isn't even open to FOIA, like ET disclosure or
Tesla disclosures.
The denial of ever hearing about it sort of stops any information getting out.
I know Tesla has to be locked up some where.
ET went home long ago and left no trace for any FOIA to find.
