anyone heard of a global climate change treaty?

well obama signed this treaty on 12/18/09, and it is basically saying they are going to tax us for carbon, and everything we do produces carbon so they are going to tax us for breathing and living. this is why they made up the lie global warming. but its really the sun. if anyone has info about this share it with me

Where did you hear about this? Not saying I do or do not believe you but I have not heard anything about Obama and the climate since his trip to Copenhagen and I was not aware that he signed any such treaty then. You have a link to this?

As I understand it he made a pledge or something but that was about it.
