IBM knew with 100% Certainty that Pandemic was coming

According to this leaked document the pandemic had a '100% chance of occurring within the next 5 years.'

The document also decribed 'quarantines'

IBM clearly had inside knowledge, looking through their internal document could give us clues as to what's still to come

Not IBM again.
They seem to have a finger in every rotten pie in existence.
Nazis, surveillance, chip implants, and who knows what else.
You can bet that if IBM is associated with anything, it has just got to be dodgy.
