Sounds good to me I would love to get my CCW but have not had the extra money to get it. I am armed in the home, you have to be around here but would love to be able to carry.

See what you can find here and I will promise you (if you have no criminal record) we will find a way to get you that permit.

You can apply for a CCW and carry it that way, put there is no law allowing you to carry it in the open as of yet.

Ok so after doing some research i found that the 2nd Amendment was made in 1791.

The right to bare arms is a term used for hand weapons as the term firearm is not used.

Firearms weren't popular till the mid 1800's as the link below states.

So after doing a few minutes in research i find that,

1) you are allowed to bare arms-having nothing in your hands or having a hand weapon like a sword.

2) the 2nd Amendment- does not protect your modern weaponry from being taken.

The talk about landmines being used, i saw it in someones post, is not likely in the revolutionary war time period, ALTHOUGH i do know landmines were being used in chinese wars.

Back to the topic, The vote on guns, is a test by the government to see how smart people are on the topic. Most people will vote yes, thinking about the modern weaponry we have today, when it only means you are allowed to have a sword.

The vote doesn't mean they actually are going to let you keep your guns, they just want to know, if you know that

The BAR stands for British Acredited Regancy.

hmmmm! That means there is only British Squire lawyers and no such thing as an American Lawyer, except for 1 person that i know of. He has done alot of research and gave me alot of information on the court/law systems we see today.

Seems like for the last 12,000 years or so we all are immigrants.
Check out Charlston Heston of NRA fame and movies too!
In the 'The Mountain Men" he is a naked trapper in the Rockies when
a pack train pulls up. How he addresses the situation is IMO Classic.

At the time of the writing of the constitution there was no permanent standing army or national guard.

This part where the anti gun people say that a militia means the army or national guard is totally bogus.

This is one thing we can thank the british for as they are what allows us to own guns. As much as they hate the idea.

The Dick act of 1902 is something I had never heard of. This act is quite informative to say the least. It just goes to prove that our government has been pulling the wool over our eyes for at least 100 years.

These acts and laws do have some confusing language. And are always open for intepretation.
Is the Dick act you point out the very same one as above.
