FTL Velocities

Did anyone hear / read anything about the experiment at the CERN labs, about the FTL microwave broadcast? (for those of you who don't know, FTL stands for Faster Than Light)

Supposedly, one of Mozarts symphonies was broadcast through a tunnel, at the same frequency relating to the golden mean (PHI), which reached the other side in about 10 fetmo seconds. Thats only the summary of what I remember reading about 6 months ago.

I have been unable to find any solid evidence or documentation of this, maybe its all a hoax, or maybe I'm not supposed to know

Sounds somewhat like a hoax, but light speed can be increased due to the wave-like motion of light. It is possible to use interference stop light (done by Harvard I believe?) or quadruple the speed (done by Princeton?).

I couldn't find much on speeding up light, but I thought older issues of Scientific American (or perhaps Discover) had an article on it.
