We definitely can change our opinion on how Iraq is going to be rebuilt. And there are tons of reasons that other countries want to join in. China is
very like US, indeed, in their thinking of international relationship. At least the two countries are common in globalization. US need markets for our
capitals, China need market for their products. I think there is a good chance that China will be persuaded.
China is no longer the China ten years ago. Now Chinese is seeking oppertunities to show their influence, such as in N Korean Nuke talk. We just need
let them know that it is based on our common interests. A fluctuation of oil supply is not good for all, especially for China, since they have no oil
inside their border.
