At 2100 hrs local (Iraq) a partial lunar eclipse took place lasting approximately 30 minutes. Avery small portion of the moon was overshadowed but it was clearly visible with the naked eye. A service member took digital photos of the event but I have no idea how to post them on this board,,and not sure if there is any real interest. I'mjust reporting an event that I dont see on the Recent Post list.

where is this "eastern hemisphere"?

i didnt realise we had an east west equatorial division. where does it start? who is it dividing between

im in japan, and before that australia... are these eastern hemisphere? how about england?

as for posting the pics, you coudl upload them anywhere and add a link, or upload them into the media portal here. all are solvable issue with just alittle thinking.

eastern hemisphere... bah!!
