Why Are Important/Intresting Threads Being Buried Beneath Nonsence Threads

I recently found this out myself after posting my first ever thread (and only one so far). For those who are curious, it can be found here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

I spent ages composing that thread, and to have only had one person respond so far makes me feel like ive completely wasted my time and effort. I mainly feel very dissapointed, that i couldn't engage in the type of discussion i would have liked. Okay i may have chosen a very unwise time to post my thread (around this time yesterday) but i didnt care for lots and lots of replies, all i wanted was at least a few intelligent people to have a discussion with.
