A year end treat from those vile leftists, The Huffington Post...a collection of interviews from the Wall of Shame. Now I see what the Right is getting all riled up about:

The 12 Weirdest Right-Wing Conspiracies Of 2009

2009 was a great year for right-wing conspiracy theorists. Paranoia rose precipitously, and along with it crazy rumors that were once consigned to fringe blogs found their way into the mouths of popular pundits and Republican officials. Here are some of the strangest stories circulating in conservative circles -- vote for the most out-there.www.huffingtonpost.com...[/ ex]

What I don't get is what is Conservative about any of this...sure looks out-there to me.

Way to keep the lie moving! There is no right and left, geez. Seems they keep pushing the two party system for people just like you! Don't you feel special, knowing they are doing it all for you?

I think they could have named it '12 ways to spot a ATS member".

Since, that pretty much summed up the political posts over the last year on ATS.

Again the best and worst part of free speech. Anyone can say anything without foundation or proof and once it's out in the ether it becomes fact to those that wish to believe it. Some of these stories have merit but many do not and the problem is if they trust the source or the floated idea makes sense to them it becomes a truth in their mind. Without reasonable skepticism and journalistic integrity we will never know the real facts on the issues we seek the answers to.

The RIGHT and The Glorious LEFT are not freaking political parties !!!!!!!!

You either have RIGHT ideals / Moderate Ideals (Right Moderates, Left Moderates) / or LEFT ideals ..

Stop treating IDEALS and IDEOLOGIES like political Parties .. BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT!!!

to put it in a language that you would understand .. There are 12 REGISTERED POLITICAL PARTIES that are LEFT leaning ... 12 !!!

Well said, well said...Boy...do I feel chastened!

Silly me...I thought that the major difference between the Democratic Party and the Republicans...or up here in the Great White North, the Liberals and the Conservatives...is the stance they assume vis-a-vis centre. Mind you, here we also have the Pinkos and the Separatists, just to give Parliament a little texture.

Forgive my impudence, but I think right and left are applicable labels, and also the ones by which they self identify.

All of those conspricies are true except for two. However, concerning the political affiliations: You can say you are anything, but your actions tell us everything. People on the left say "We are not socialist", however they have put in socialist policies. People on the right are just confused and alot are very corrupt, but so are those on the left. We need to get back to our roots, yes I mean the constitution. Anything that contradicts that document should not be a law, no matter what your politcial affiliations.
