There is a great mystery in the world of politics. That mystery is exemplified in the law-versus-legal subject. There are numerous "outs" built into
the system in countries like the uSA. The only criminal courts are Common Law and Maritime, yet the court for most "crime" (false laws) is neither
unless challenged. A court must have Jurisdiction and almost never was Personum, Subject Matter and Political Jurisdiction. A common sense argument is
pretty much unstoppable for non-real crime offenses. I suspect these loopholes exist for at least two reasons. One, the true rulers will never give a
strangle hold control over themselves to any franchise including the legal system. So there is always a way out if you know it. Second the "Rulers"
understand the basics of Karma and will not allow a karmic crime to be implemented at a level they wish to manage. They don't care if corruption
misuses the system downstream because they view it as "not their bad karma".
The point is that rights in the uSA do exist. It's up to people to stand up or let it happen to them. We are not under a totalitarian rule. But the
conditioning is to encourage city and state governments to think that way via the "ward of the court/state" mentality. The perpetration of this scam
is a money/franchise interdependency and thereby criminal network.
The point is that freedom for all is available if people want it. People are either getting exactly what they want or paying back for exactly what the
wanted.
Freedom is like people wallowing in a mud hole with clean water a few feet away. They complain that the clean water should be where they are when all
they have to do is get up and walk over to it. Some complain because their lazy but also because they have been lead to believe complaining is what
you do to get the government to provide it to you. No one realizes it's there for the taking if only they make an effort. All the franchising
including governments is about manipulating the spirit so that it is robbed of self determination. So the spirit relies on or expects or desires a
"benefit" from an associated dependency and it values that benefit more than it does it's own free will.
