I absolutely agree with everything you just said ProtoplasmicTraveler. I too have fought to remain free within my own life, I too have refused to allow others to take my freedoms away, I have never bowed down to anyone. But this movement is so much more then that. I know you already understand that, I just wanted to say what you wrote is absolutely true. Now we need to teach that to the rest of the Country.

Good luck to the OP, because there is alot of truth in the above statement.

I truly feel we are living in an amzing time right now. I honestly think its getting to the point to where peoples freedoms and liberties have been infringed upon so much that they are going to start to push back alittle.

I dont know when it will happen or what will finally be the catalyst that sets the revolution in motion but im 34 and i think ill see it in my lifetime.

The whole world's pooched though and as one poster said it's not always good to speak your total intent. Publishing directions as you have to a public forum, is much like wearing your heart on your sleeve, you're bound to get burned. But I am quite sure like many of us, it doesn't really matter as the government hijackers are up under our skirts, so to speak, anyway.

The scariest part you barely touched on. That the constitution was undermined by the so-called "founding fathers" from the get go. "Constitutional Loving Americans"? So tempting to jump aboard that train. Tempted by a false idol.

I was with you until the whole Law of 13 thing, and in my opinion, the rest was just your opinion and in my opinion, not very good. So I politely agree that many are fed up for many reasons and many agree that there is a lot wrong with society in general.
I don`t however foresee any need for any new bloodshed, and suppose perhaps even an end to the blood currently running in our streets near and far.
Whether religious or not or spiritualist or one who just knows the energy of life, to me it is obvious there are 2 forces and 1 is what we would describe as evil, or with ill intentions, immediately or in structure while the other is the exact opposite or what we describe as good.
Me, I believe everyone has equal birth rights to this Earth, and that we need to act together to preserve and protect what is ours. I believe as citizens of a society that was formed out of basic principals and morals that we have an obligation to uphold what is true to us and what is our being or as some would say our heart.
America has never been perfect, as much as I love Thomas Jefferson he was also a real #head for owning slaves. But that was then and this is now and what we all have now is an ability to communicate all at once. Its never been possible in major turns of the past.
To make my point, I dont see a need of people verses government or army verses people or and need for further conflict. To me, although I`m a crazy, it is all such a big bag of BS, just all the conflicts. It all, always does and always has, come down to money which in turn is power or posesions.
If most Americans can agree, which I know we can, that we all have a right to live and voice our opinions and conversate with one another, then we all, all us truck drivers, all us nurses, all us cops, all us carpenters, all us cashiers, all us doctors, all us bartenders, all us firefighters, all us nine to fivers, all us laborers, all us unemployed, all us black, white , and every other label we`ve learned to affix to describe each other, all us aint gonna kill each other. Everyone in the military has family too, they are all us (not me literally) and aren`t just going to take part in some massive bloody conflict with people who may be their relatives and friends and neighbors, any soldier would at that point begin to question every order he was ever given.
That scenario only happens if people really want it. My points are that we had a great constitution in place and we`ve made some necessary changes such as making sure all people are recognized as equal before our societies and in time more changes may be needed, but I do believe our government was hijacked by rogue interests a long time ago and that the evil is within the structure of things. But I believe it is with great trickery that the actions of a few can be even manipulated to be believed by all others to be what is whats right. We need a government for our fine nation and our beautiful people and the structure we had without all the additives was just fine, but somewhere we let too many self centered and scrupleless individuals into what should be what we as a society hold as most sacred, the structure which envelopes our entire lives and which also is ultimately responsible for all that may cause personal pain to any for its intended purposes was supposed to be good? We ARE the people, but the massive amounts of sleeping pills induced by either willing or unwilling participants, ARE working, but probably not exactly as planned either.

Your post moved me to join ATS. I have been a reader for many years.

We need NO New Government. We need the one we have to be followed.

I think it IS time for a "Constitutional Army". I have been contemplating the same for quite a while. It is time to get rid of the firch in our own govenment - - all branches. These so called leaders have been using rhetoric for to long to empowerer themselves and this CAN NOT continue.

Why some of the negative opinions on here. I agree with you 100% something needs to be done. So i started something and in the past hour have already received pledges from over 30 people about boycotting oil and gas on the 31st of January 2010 for a couple days. I feel this, even though a small step might wake some people up.

I mean I agree our leaders have used their own positions to empower themselves, and have used their positions to steal from the people. That they have allowed their own greed for power to destroy our Constitution, I agree with that completely. But your first comments, as I said, have me at a loss… You said you will post directions in the future, perhaps that will clarify your earlier points. So perhaps I am jumping the gun.

Well, you're about 30 years too late for this one. Now that most of the US military is shipped over seas, you'd have to get all the foreign troops now residing in the US to go against their loyalty to the government, and considering the fact that they have undoubtedly been promised all kinds of special favors and privileges, I doubt seriously that you could 1) communicate with them, or 2) convince them to go against the government.

And in case you thought your old-fashioned projectile weapons were any kind of match for the high-tech sophisticated weaponry of the governments, I'd give that another think too. They have stuff that can level a thousand people in a few seconds using energy and sound!

No, it seems that the best course of action now would be to try and stay out of the lime light, lie low, keep your head down, stay out of harms way. It's gonna take more than a few thousand zealots wielding rifles and handguns to thwart this bunch, and in any kind of uprising, there won't be a structured leadership, there won't be months of training, there won't be any kind of comprehensive, multi-pronged plan, and there won't be enough people willing to forgo their Monday Night Football or other creature comforts. Face it man, you can't fight a giant once it's up on it's feet and ready to demolish... you have to do it when it's still asleep, and you all missed your chance for that a long time ago.

not having read your entire idea yet I am struck by one thing right off - eliminating anyone with 1 million dollars ...first off it is discriminatory, something that should be avoided. Second off it would need to be a better definition than dollars if implemented - dollar value is variable. The way inflation is going many of us may have a million, and be very very poor.

It's really quite simple:

1) You were warned by Eisenhower and Kennedy and in more recent times, numerous other voices on the Internet
2) You ignored them all, failing to understand your enemy and failing to defend against him
3) You failed to join together and instead fought amongst yourselves just as you were manipulated to do
4) You refused to believe that this could happen in the GREAT USA
5) You kept electing the same people, and would never vote for one of the minor parties... you went with the herd and were led to the wolves!
6) You kept getting mortgages/loans, making your enemy richer and richer
7) You refused to boycott the system because you wanted the "American Dream," which will soon become a nightmare
8) You only cared about YOU and YOUR family, and didn't give a twit about your city, state or country... that was somebody else's problem to deal with
9) The enemy has built a vast empire of power and technology that would blow your mind if you could see it all
10) Your days of quasi-freedom are quickly coming to an end
11) There is nothing you can do now except find ways to stay out of their way and stay alive

To use an analogy from baseball, it's the bottom of the 9th, the NWO team is at bat with bases loaded. The score, NWO: 100, U.S. citizens: 10. You have 30 seconds left before the game is over, and JUST NOW, when the reality of the situation has finally hit you, you cry out to your teammates:

"WE NEED A CONSTITUTIONAL ARMY! We have to win this thing!"

It's sad really to see this happening, but reality is reality, and nothing short of a miracle can prevent what is about to happen.

I commend the courage it took to post this mini manifesto, not because of patriotism, but rather because you took the time to actually try and come up with a solution, that albeit would have less problems to work out than the current health care waste of time. The part I find most appealing to this thread is, no matter how many skeptics jump on and try to make you sound foolish~they all tend to lean on the side of hopelessness and prefer to just keep spreading their cheeks a little wider~which is an utterly foolish position to have. The ironic part is that America's pulse is driven on dreams and hope.

Reply to JohhnyCanuck: Since you mentioned you Canadians always have a light on, I thought it fitting you acknowledge the only reason you have a light bulb is because an American invented it, and the only reason you are Canadian is because, rather than the U.S. marching up their and taking over, it's easier to just have your government serve us

Wow, I had no idea some Americans have fallen so low. That some Americans are so cowardly they would rather eat the scraps from their masters table, instead of demanding the people are the only masters. Well I reject that nonsense outright. There is no force that is going to keep me from trying to bring freedom back to our country and our people. There is no force strong enough to keep me silent while I live. They can have my body but they can never lock down or destroy my will to be Free.

Yet perhaps we should use your post to remind us why we must fight, why we must work extremely hard to get back the freedoms we have lost... why we must fight to get those freedoms back to the people! Why we must work extremely hard so our children do not feel as helpless as you presented yourself here. Because I gaurantee The People within this Nation cannot be beaten by anybody or anything if We The People come together. If We The People come together I know No weapon or threat of death will destroy our will to be Free. I believe that with all my heart!
