Man Attempts to Set Off Explosives on Plane

Ok time to clarify for those whom maybe confused because I see a lot of mentioning about Christianity. The definition to claim yourself as a Christian is simple. You believe Jesus lived and died for you on the cross and risen from the grave. All the rest, the 10 commandments the old and new testaments are all worked into religion. And that particular views of the written word. That is why there are so many Christians and so many Christian based religions.

They are stories and nothing more in the bible, names are changed of the characters in the stories to better suit that generation. Like in the bible, Noah and the great flood. The oldest written tablet to be found predates the bible by centuries, it’s the table of Gilgamesh and on this stone tablet talks about the great flood. But use a different name than Noah.

Yes the bible is full of death and murders. Mainly in the Old Testament, but lets think about one thing and it can be found in many so called religion books. No matter the person or I should say characters name. Such as Jesus, that story taught us how to treat each other, and if you followed the 10 commandments this would be a world of peace, would it not?

So no matter what religious background you claim to be. Or what names you place to the stories written. Truth is told if every one in the world followed nothing more than the 10 laws of humanity, we all would finally have peace on earth.

But most peoples eyes have not been opened, to this simple truth, they have been brainwashed by those whom preach religion instead of simple love in order to get your money. I don’t care what name you call the god(s). After all a rose by any other name would it not smell as sweet?

OK, good follow up. I don't need to read the encyclopedia of heroin smuggling. That was a more than adequate explanation and I have respect for your knowledge and opinions.

I think your confused the problem is tolerance Christians are taught to tolerate the infedels and muslims are taught to stone them. Jesus said turn the other cheek Mohamed said do onto them twice fold but don't be the one to start the conflict.

America's problem with terrorists is a self made reality. And, according to the rest of the world, we are the problem, not the solution.

Now, the fact that you brought up America being the most advanced, morally ethic and advanced civilization is primarily a Euro/Amerocentric way of thought. If you ask an American whether we are the most morally, technologically and ethically advanced, typically you'll get a salute and a "hell yeah." If you ask that same question to someone in France, Germany, Italy, Russia, China, India, yada yada yada, then trust me, you'll get a far different answer. So, your opinion is relative of your belief in the current system. If you had asked the Germans the same question before WW2, what do you think their answer would have been?

All written words of a religious nature come from some place else, I don’t care what you name it, Bible, Koran, book of Mormons and what ever name you come up with, be it Zeus, Allah, God almighty, Jesus, Jehovah it is just a name. The difference is in the people and the places, most all Christian followers of any religion, follow the peaceful side or the new testament, the that goes for all in America it is a good lesson. To learn and to teach peace. I feel the radicals of any religion means they are still following the old ways. Like the latter-day saints of the Mormon religion the old ways of having more than one wife, or in some of the Muslim followers of the Koran same thing more than one wife.

The Pharos of Egypt followed many gods, king Tut’s father was one of the first to declare only one God, and shortly after his demise becoming Pharaoh Tut returned to the old ways of multiply Gods.

My point being the story it self holds true, the names and place change to better suit the people and times.

The cloaks of religion that use peoples need for belonging to point people in directions they want. The religious leaders can teach good or bad or even both. When the people folloow a religious leader who is currupt the flock is currupt. You have that in all religions but here in United States we did have a hold on it to where crazy cult religious leaders were pointed out and seen for what they were. I think were starting to lose that hold because I see more and more crazy preachers all the time. But in other countries I don't think they ever had a hold on crazies being religious leaders the governments in other countries used those crazy religious leaders to there advantage by pointing them in the direction they wanted them to go.

Hey just think of it like this if Islam was all mighty like the US government and they were in our country bombing our houses, our families, our farms and crops.

More into it if they bombed your house and killed your whole family and kids because they so often thought them al qaeda were there which happens every day there, would you not just freakin loose it and want to drive a car full of bombs up their ass if that was your only means, thats the only means over there they are poor

Yet they are not seen as people just enemy that should be demolished because of our governments label on them. Once you can open your mind to recieve the real truth then we can all be on the same page and fully understand what the fack is really going on its the lies of the quest for empire.

Listening to MSM here though they are blowing it up to a serious terrorist event, linking it to anything that will drive the fear of AQ higher.

Can anyone tell me if all these airport security checks have actually caught anyone trying to take explosives onto a plane ?

I suspect not, and thats not because the checks are poor, its because there are no terrorists smuggling explosives onto planes.

I agree. But I must attest to a few things. I believe that most islam are peaceful. Maybe half or damn near 90% of Muslims are pretty good. But the others. Heres the kicker. When you have a group of radical muslims that due throw out suicide bombers, killing americans (war we are having now and 9/11)(lets not include 9/11 conspiracy) torture and osama bin laden claiming to end the west I think most americans will hate islam.
