"IRANIAN authorities are continuing to hold several members of Osama bin Laden's family.
Abdul Rahman bin Laden told news network Al Jazeera today that his sister Eman, one of his stepmothers and five of his brothers have been prevented from leaving by the authorities in Tehran since 1997.
He claimed Eman managed to escape several weeks ago and he then advised her to take shelter in the Saudi Arabian embassy.
Abdul Rahman bin Laden told Al Jazeera that he was concerned for his sister's health.
He called on Tehran to release his relatives and on the Saudi government to ensure his sister's departure from the country."

What does this say? This says that Saudi is the safe haven when hell breaks loose in Iran... which might be soon. Partytime.

This could be extremly interesting . Bin Laden does have a very large family if I recall correctly although surely common sense dicates that anybody connected to his family would stay away from Iran . Watch this space I guess .

The interpretation of this to the Western media reads this way. These family members aren't being held captive in Iran but more in the Islamic tradition of being kept safe in Iran. Like Kalid Sheik Mohammed was in an ISI safe house in Pakistan. The translation loses the real meaning.

But it just goes to show that the 57 OIC countries are actually one Islam when it comes to family, culture, religion, beliefs and law. That's a hard concept for the West to comprehend and the lack of that knowledge will hurt us when we are attacked.

What's interesting about the move is that protecting the sister with the help of Saudi means that something big is going to happen in Iran and they are preparing by keeping the (important muslim) women safe... in Saudi.

Conclusion... Saudi isn't going to be attacked in this round and they have more money and resources than any other of the 57 OIC countries.

I wonder,are any of these people the same family members that the Bush administration had flown out of the USA right after 911,when no other planes were flying???

We should not forget how the Bin Ladens were whisked out of the USA without being interviewed,just after 911.

Iran may be protecting them now,but who protected them just after 911? The US Gov.

But Hey,lets forget about that,and lets use the fact that they are all safe in Iran to Demonise the Iranian Government,and help brainwash the masses,once again,into another bloodbath for the elite.

It goes back to our relationship with Saudi on 911. So the timeline isn't exactly accurate according to anti-Americans.

I thought I already explained. Our relationship with Saudi on 911 was purely innocent and about oil. They tricked us (taqiyya) and we escorted them while all air traffic was grounded to a safe haven. Those were the bin Laden family.
Only until after 911 was assessed did the government connect the dots and bin Laden claimed responsibility. Major blow to our government and an embarrassment. At the mercy of Saudi, at this point, we agreed to take out their regional thorn Saddam. We wouldn't have been allowed in the region without Saudi's approval.
So yes, Bush was by the balls and there were many fine agents who knew this and were disgraced. Things are different now but they won't allow Obama to be put in the position that compromises our national security so things are playing our differently.
For instance the recent NYC, Denver, Boston and Toronto terrorist round up was going to be looked over by Obama but he was put into a position that he could not. Now the people who really know AQ are going after AQ without the administration looking the other way and blocking their actions. Still there will be those that break our security because that is their mission.
2010 will be a big challenge because this is the 10 year deadline after we were warned in Islamic fashion to be ready for the "big" attack.

The government through its media had the entire 911 story laid out for public consumption in less than hours after the first plane hit.

So I am expected to believe that they were tricked by the House of Saud into flying the bin laden's out of the US.

I can't buy that...That the entire USGov ignored all the reports about Bin laden,then let a bunch of Arabs out of the country,hours after the attacks-WITHOUT checking to see if they were in any way connected to 911.

Sorry,no one is that foolish,especially not a global superpower who has just seen a massive attack against their country.

If as you say the Saudis tricked the US,explain to me why the US then went on into Afghanistan and Iraq,knowing that it was in fact the Saudis who were their enemy.

Makes no sense-unless you consider that the USGov knew all along,and simply used the attacks to press forward with a war agenda that would have been unpalatable to the population without such an event as 911.

Your argument that the US was "tricked" doeas not fit with the now known about prior knowledge of the 911 attacks-The government knew months before that the 911 event was planned,and at the very least,let it happen.

Or am I expected to believe that AQ was not only able to hijack planes-but were also able to have NORAD shut down for the time of the attacks?

First, the "entire" government isn't privledged to all information, ever.
There were key people who were ineffective in their job *cough* Bush *cough* because he's an oil man. He had a tight set of cronnies who took the expense of an attack and wrote it off. That pissed off alot of people in the government who knew he could have prevented it. That battle still goes on because even if he still isn't the president there are still political ties.
Politics is tricky. And that's the part you are confusing I think. Agencies like FEMA, CIA, FBI before they became one unit under Homeland Security had loyalties to two sides. There is still alot of that but it's getting better as the time comes close to a battle on US soil.

The "entire" government would include your mayor, your police chief and your school board members... so a broad statement like that isn't really accurate. Pinpointing those in government who were responsible happened and it history. Holding them responsible will be impossible becuase they are wealthy and politically connected to insulate themselves from prosecution. That's politics and always will be. Flushing out the bad guys and putting uncorrupt people in government is our job. How many times have you investigated someone before you voted for them?

If you wish to stay in a position of blame it will be ineffective in preventing the future problems. Move forward. Learn from mistakes and let's not make them again. We can make a difference.
