I Guess I Really Should Introduce Myself

Hi,
I have been posting for several weeks and have yet to introduce myself. My board name is Joey, but I'm a woman (my DH 's nickname for me is "joey"). We live in Phoenix AZ and I'm older than I like to admit..but, the truth is, I'm 52. I was a college history teacher for years, in Texas, before I married and moved out West. I've always been an avid follower of current events and tend to have a slight conspiratorial streak (well, maybe it's more than "slight"), I also have some psychic ability, but only about world events. I can't tell a thing about my life or a friend's life.
Politically, if you can pigeonhole me, I'd be glad to know where I fall. On some subjects I'm a so-called "liberal" and on others I'm pretty "conservative".
Anyway, I've found this board fascinating and have enjoyed participating.
