MODS PLEASE READ MY THREAD BEFORE YOU MOVE IT!!

Okay, this dream could fit into many dreams.
In ways it fits in to Origins and Creationism, Ancient and Lost Civilizations, Paranormal Studies, Mythical Beasts, and maybe even 2012, but considering this was a product of my own mind, I decided to put it here.

The dream started out in a large city. My mind told me it was St. Louis, but it was much larger than that. It was night time, and I went in to a large building that was like a hotel, and for some reason, I went ghost hunting. Somebody I know was with me, and he died, and I found this head, kind of like the heads off of the animated movie Spirited Away.

The head was a live and talking, and it brought me on this quest to find something to do with life, but I can't remember what it was. It may have been to bring back the other person to life, but I don't remember. I know it had to do with lengthening life, and he said only one species that are better than human could bring the life, and the name was something that sounded like a Native American language with a C in it, and maybe a V. The species where suppose to be like human in looks though.

So I was with this head and it started teleporting me through time, and to different places. The only place I remember with a distinct name is medieval Ohio (I saw a helmet that a knight would wear when I got there, and the head said it was Medieval Ohio), which I thought was odd, considering only Indians where there. It was very mountainous there. The head started rolling down the hill where we landed, and it said, come on, I smell human flesh, or I sense human. (It was a cannibal, and hungry.) It rolled down the hill, and I ran after it, and I said, "I'm human" and started beating the head into a rock. Apparently from what the head said, he thought I was that one species that's better than human.

For some reason, I have a feeling most of this comes from folklore and legend, and this doesn't feel like a below top secret thing. I want to know what this could mean.

I would like to know what this dream means, the folklore behind the head and the species, and what "medieval Ohio" is like. If you know something, about what this could mean, please tell, because this dream has made me curious.

I have had a dream like this once or twice before, but this time, it was more vivid.

♥Wow!!!! Did you eat something spicy or watch something weird before you went to sleep??? My advice would be to write down what you dream and look it up in a dream book.... That was a cool dream... I hope you find out what it meant!!!!♥

I just ate a lot of candy and chocolate. I didn't watch anything weird.

Did you happen to fall asleep watching Futurama, because they have plenty of heads that are alive and talking on that show

But on a more serious note, it sounds like you had quite an odd dream. There is many ways you could interpret it. If you really want to get into it all, start meditating and delve into your sub-conscious and see if that's where this all originated from. If it did originate from your sub-conscious it could be something your higher self was telling you, or something you were recalling from a past life.

But I'm no expert on reading dreams, so that's just my 2cents.

Ya, it was odd. It wasn't like a nightmare, the fear was only on a paranoia level the whole time.
