Has anyone ever noticed how chicks seem to be more nitpickey about stuff?

I mean is it me or what? There seems to be some kind of mutant gene in chicks that...

A: Have to complain, and...

B: Will only rag on a guy they think will not leave them - like their dad or some loser boyfriend or husband. Otherwise they could never get away with it.

Ohhhh... Guess I discovered THAT secret, aye ladies.

There's only one force in nature that is nit-pickier than women: Nerds.
What a good twist of fate then, that nerds seem incapable of breeding with women. Who knows what a combination of those genes would form in terms of nit-pickery!

YOUR problem, is that we complain about things that you have no interest in..at all.
Now if I were to complain that there weren't enough tools in the garage, or that the fridge seems to never be full of beer...I'm sure you'd fix that right smartly wouldn't cha?
I thought so.

There are NEVER enough tools in the garage, and on that note... why work in the garage, if we can convert the master bedroom into the ultimate workshop?!!

Well I have to say you started this whole thing by calling them chicks...I think women or if you are younger, girls would be appropriate.

So let's try this

Have you ever noticed that dudes either

1. don't pay enough attention to their women?

2. want nothing but sex?

3. Play just as many stupid games that 'chicks' play?

Yeah my wife has nagged me before and it is annoying but I have just as many bad traits

when you stop thinking of them as "nagging chicks," instead seeing them as women who, clearly, have issues with your behavior, only then will you adjust your thinking and your attitude and, only then, will you see an end to the nitpicking.

Just a thought.

Women and girls want strong, independent, self-confident men and boys. To see if you fit into that category, they test you by nitpicking and nagging trying to find out how weak or strong you really are. If you argue back at them with enough macho gusto at the first hint of a nagging, they will not only cease and desist but will respect you and find you desirable.

If you succumb to the nagging and nitpicking and do the "yes dear, I'm sorry dear, won't happen again dear, whatever you say dear" routine, not only will they continue with ever more humiliating nitpicking and nagging, but they will not find you desirable and will make your life as miserable as possible.

Bottom line... fight back severely at the first hint that she's in nag mode. You don't have to use reason or logic just be outraged that she's taken this mistaken path of criticism. Cut it off at the pass straight away and you'll be fine.

Thank god!!!! i was starting to think ATS didnt have a member whose dealt with a woman properly before. Ive seen a couple of these threads "Ohh my wife yells at me", well gentleman they arent some sort of species that goes around and enjoys yelling at men. It is clearly something you are doing, you think they want to be doing that? Do you think its fun or some sort of plan? Nope more than likely your getting what you deserve.
Women please start a thread that complains about men because this is getting old.

Don't set up any false expectations. There will NEVER be an end to the nit picking. Even if you use a team of professional nit eradicators.

Now the issues may change with the situations, but on it goes. Of course, sometimes that's a good thing. Sometimes we need a little incentive. Call it nit picking or ass kicking, as long as it's done with love, it's all good.

Obviously you need to listen to when a woman is talking to you. Keep in mind, woman do bare the brunt of having another living organism in them for 9 months, so that alone gives them the right of speech and expression. Then again, its all about compromising and adjusting to each person's individual needs.

Its two way deal, no short cuts, no if's and but's.

To be truthful..I have always gotten along better with men than other women.
I tend to see things more from the perspective of someone who sits on the fence watching both sides.

I think the majority of women use their voice to confront problems...men use their caves to retreat into for a good old "pondering".
