I thought you guys may appreciate this.

This is a website called web.archive.org (wayback machine) and i thought all of you would like to see what ATS looked like in its infancy. check out this site! you can even see what yahoo looked like back in 96 haha

Ebay was cool to look at. I remember all those older sites from the late 90's that had basic languages and no flash add-ons.
I looked at about 20-25 sites already and remember exactly what they looked like. Takes me wayyyy back.

NASA Plans Two Mars Landers in 2003

(AP) - NASA is planning to put two separate, but identical, robot rovers on Mars, bouncing them onto the Red Planet in beach-ball style landings 18 days apart in 2004. Sending two spacecraft, officials said, will increase the chances of success and help ease the sting from the failure of two Mars-bound spacecraft last year. Two rovers also will speed the search for the mysterious missing Mars water and help explore the possibility that the planet once harbored life.

I've known about the "Way Back Machine" for quite some time, but it's still fun looking back in time like this knowing what we know now.

those archives are great for reminiscing but they don't capture the 4 minute wait while a page loaded on dial-up!!
