Norway Spiral: New Communication?

Here's a random thought. I've been wondering like many people what those spirals could be. I'm wondering if its a new method of communication, possibly faster than light communication allowing us to attempt to contact other planets/galaxies in a much shorter, if not nearly instantaneous, period of time.

My thought is this: When I consider all the possibilities of what it could be, I cant figure out why it would need to be tested at night, when everyone can see, and where people will undoubtedly question what it is.

Unless of course we were trying to communicate with a particular star or galaxy, in which case what if the technology worked in such a way that it worked best when pointed at the specific planet/star/galaxy we were trying to communicate with.

If this was true, the question arises of whether or not this technology was given to us so we could communicate with a specific race, or if it was discovered and we are testing to see if it works.

Furthermore perhaps the communication was an emergency of some kind, and we didn't have the luxury of waiting until daytime when nobody would notice.

There may be ten or more possible explanations for the spirals people have considered.

Does each one of those really require a separate thread?

have you thought that its just a rocket and your imagination and need to believe is runnig wild with you>?

I did preface everything I said with "here's a random thought" since I read these forums and this topic is all over the place right now, I considered what it could be if its not a rocket.

However, I have to stretch my imagination pretty far to imagine how a rocket can create a spiral in the sky like that, and why rockets all over are suddenly doing this when, well, if this was normal for rockets you would think it would be a well documented phenomena by now.

Why not have a separate thread for each one? There are separate threads for lots of things that deal with the same topic. If there wasn't this forum would have like three dozen active threads with thousands of posts each.

This is beginning to be like one of those horror films - where they have killed the beast and you just know it's going to rear it's head again.. I think they should all be in the same thread personally. Because though it might have different start points, different theories come up and the same reasoning just gets re-hashed.
Frankly I no longer know what to believe as some interesting ideas have been posted about possible involvement of ESCOM.
But what I do find incredible is that unqualified 'experts' are so ready to dismiss the rocket explanation while coming up with even more 'out there' theories.

i was thinking they were testing gateways/ wormholes to other plantes/ galaxies..

In keeping with an always open and calculating mind...I would hasten to say it could be that perhaps the early treaties we had with E.T.s are breaking....The missles are being...knocked down perhaps by the E.T.s themselves. It is just happening in the most spectacular ways so that you will wake up to the reality around you.

Consider the spiral to be a known operation.
Then it was made for a purpose.
Just another goofy thing that a saucer can do.

There was a "beam" of light that was generated from the spiral, down to the ocean. I think that if they were trying to communicate with another galaxy or whatnot, the beam would have been going out into space and not down into the ocean. Because it connected the spiral to the ocean, it seems more plausible that it was a rocket launched from a submarine.

Well, whether there is or will prove to be any substance to your hypothesis it's nice to see there are a few people thinking outside the box.

Cause I'm pretty damn sure it was not a failed rocket launch.
