for the best health, always eat food that is the least processed. fresh is best. avoid tinned, bottled, frozen, fried, baked, steamed and whatever
else. there is nothing like the taste of freshly picked food, and it begins deteriorating shortly after. it is also a wonderful experience to grow
your own. do regular exercise.
there is a village in equador 4000 feet up and near the equator. very few cars around. they live a simple life, eat meat maybe once a month, drink
glacial water with selenium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and a few other minerals and they age slowly. menopause sets in about 65. oldest man is 132 and
i saw a pic of a guy clearing jungle for his vege patch. his hair was black and his age 109.
give me the simple life.
