SAN FRANCISCO — On November 24, 2009, at 6 PM, I was taking pictures of the Embarcadero Center Christmas lighting from Pier 14 concrete walkway jutting 150 yards out into Bay.

A second shot was taken 46 seconds after blue moon picture and the blue moon is gone. We never saw the “blue moon” until we looked at the picture. Since we didn’t see it until viewing printout no motion was observed.
