Looks like ole Berky Obama is going to give us all an NWO whether we want one or not! Once he signs the treaty at copenhagen, according to Lord Monckton, If the congress doesn't ratify it, he will authorize a "Presidential" executive order to sign america aboard the Climate Treaty Bill! Oh how you Obama worshippers must be ever so proud right now eh?
Let's see how proud ya'll are when your kids are fighting more and more bogus wars in the name of freedom and combatting terrorism, when in fact all that's happening is the biggest eugenics program ever known to mankind!

Executive Orders (EOs) are legally binding orders given by the President, acting as the head of the Executive Branch, to Federal Administrative Agencies. Executive Orders are generally used to direct federal agencies and officials in their execution of congressionally established laws or policies. However, in many instances they have been used to guide agencies in directions contrary to congressional intent.
Not all EOs are created equal. Proclamations, for example, are a special type of Executive Order that are generally ceremonial or symbolic, such as when the President declares National Take Your Child To Work Day. Another subset of Executive Orders are those concerned with national security or defense issues. These have generally been known as National Security Directives. Under the Clinton Administration, they have been termed "Presidential Decision Directives."
Executive Orders do not require Congressional approval to take effect but they have the same legal weight as laws passed by Congress. The President's source of authority to issue Executive Orders can be found in the Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution which grants to the President the "executive Power." Section 3 of Article II further directs the President to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." To implement or execute the laws of the land, Presidents give direction and guidance to Executive Branch agencies and departments, often in the form of Executive Orders.
To date, U.S. courts have overturned only two executive orders: the aforementioned Truman order, and a 1996 order issued by President Clinton that attempted to prevent the U.S. government from contracting with organizations that had strike-breakers on the payroll.[4] Congress may overturn an executive order by passing legislation in conflict with it or by refusing to approve funding to enforce it. In the former, the president retains the power to veto such a decision; however, the Congress may override a veto with a two-thirds majority to end an executive order. It has been argued that a Congressional override of an executive order is a nearly impossible event due to the supermajority vote required and the fact that such a vote leaves individual lawmakers very vulnerable to political criticism.

Naw, the nwo isn't a bad idea if you like having 48-52% of your annual income going to the UN for some kind of global tax! There will be a carbon tax, trade taxes, business ownership tax, third world nation tax for underdeveloped countries, a reparations tax, energy taxes, fuel surcharge tax, healthcare tax, Climate Treaty membership taxes, and that's just the ones I know about!
You can have your nwo, it's taxes and loss of liberty all ya want!

Ya gotta remember one thing about EO's, and that's this. I don't know if you remember when ole slick willie was in office, but do you remember the remark Paul Begala made about running the country if ole Bubba couldn't get any cooperation from the then republican congress and senate?
Paul Begala said, and I quote: Run the country by the stroke of the pen, Ahhh, cool!

Lord Monckton Warns Obama Will Attempt Use of Executive Authority to Commit US to Copenhagen Agreement
By Steve Jalsevac
COPENHAGEN, December 9, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) - In a brief video released on the Internet, Lord Christopher Monkton is seen giving a speech today in Copenhagen warning that President Obama will try to use his Executive Authority to sign an agreement, rather than a treaty, to commit the United States to undertake measures against climate change that will seriously damage the freedoms and prosperity of America.
Monkton states, "President Obama is going to come here (Copenhagen) and sign the Copenhagen Agreement." He says it's no longer being called a treaty specifically because US Senators "know they can't get a treaty through the US Senate." Monkton continues explaining, "so, President Obama is going to sign this agreement by his executive authority and he will then put it through both houses of Congress by a vote of simple majority."
