TPTB are not only evil, but apparently stupid. One reason the carbon tax scheme is falling apart is because they didn't pay off enough people.

It is rumored that Russian hackers revealed the e-mails that are damaging. Could it be the work of some intelligence agency? I have always felt that the Russians were ready, willing and able to disclose pertinent western secrets.

Only time will tell if an "Executive Order" will be used.
Executive Order:

Executive Orders (EOs) are legally binding orders given by the President, acting as the head of the Executive Branch, to Federal Administrative Agencies. Executive Orders are generally used to direct federal agencies and officials in their execution of congressionally established laws or policies. So....if he uses up an EO for just the purpose of signing the Copenhagen Treaty, I would personally deem it as unconstitutional.

But that's just me.

U.S. Courts and Congress can overturn EO's though (although we know Pelosi won't do squat without Obama's hand held high):

Naw, the nwo isn't a bad idea if you like having 48-52% of your annual income going to the UN for some kind of global tax! There will be a carbon tax, trade taxes, business ownership tax, third world nation tax for underdeveloped countries, a reparations tax, energy taxes, fuel surcharge tax, healthcare tax, Climate Treaty membership taxes, and that's just the ones I know about!

this is just a pile of stink...there was more loss of liberty during the bush years, then of any other president we've had. and i don't give a damn if the rich have to pay more taxes...they have been picking the pocket of the taxpayer for years.

Yes, that is why I think if this guy uses EO to sign this treaty, it should be deemed by the American public, as unconstitutional.

Funny how people like you who make tis same claim immediately scurry under the nearest rock to hide when evidence is posted that Obama has signed Socialist laws which were claimed Bush would sign, yet it has been Obama who has signed these laws.

From MANDATORY Community Service which something called "The Corporation" will have control over, as well as voluntary community service, and all learn and base programs/education....

In H.R. 1388 which OBAMA signed into law there is also mention of how the Corporation will have a citizenship electronic verification system implemented.

There is also mention of how American children starting from secondary school will have to do at least 50 hours a year of MANDATORY Community Service. If you are in College you will have to do 100 hours of MANDATORY Community Service, plus you will have to do about 3 months of military training if you are between ages 18-25... NO CHOICE, even if you are a single parent, or if you have two jobs to pay for College....

Not to mention the videos we have seen, and have been posted SEVERAL TIMES that show OBama telling an old sweet lady that it might be better if she just continues to take the pills, which oly helps big pharma, instead of having the treatments, or operation/s that the doctor says could help her.... and this is only because the treatments and operations are not economically viable....

We have had SEVERAL threads yet once in a while and Obama.... comes over and claims "it's all a lie"...
