Complete elimination on capital gains taxes on small business investment. It might be interesting to see who this benefits or
if there are restrictions on the type of businesses.

I guess both pro and anti will have their own theories, but at least
its not going straight into the belly of the beast anymore. At least
not on the surface.

They say they are doing it to stimute job creation. Sounds good
to me.
