THE CIA is to be given broad access to the bank records of millions of Britons under a European Union plan to fight terrorism.

Assuming the CIA doesn't already have some kind of clandestine capability to do this, such information should only be handed over to them in cases of clear need and approved by a local magistrate and inconformity with local laws. Allowing broad "search" capabilities for fishing expeditions is sheer idiocy.

"Financial Terrorists", or what I am thinking of, people who make money out of the thin air, are bad for people make an honest living.
They raise demand for any product they want, without actually working...putting the increased prices/lack of supply on the real consumers.
I am sure there are a decent amount of people involved in making "magic money".
