The best source is always the original.
For Clementine photos (the photos Google uses to show all the Moon) you can use the
Clemetine Online Data Volumes.
For Apollo metric photos (taken by Apollo 15, 16 and 17) you can go to the
Apollo Image Archive,
although they are still digitising the photos and next they will be digitising and publishing panoramic photos.
For almost all Apollo photos in high definition (and other missions), go to
The Gateway to Astronaut Photography of
Earth.
For Lunar Orbiter photos you can go to the
Lunar Orbiter Digitization
Project.
For Kaguya/Selene photos you can go to the
Selene Data Archive, but you have to register.
Finally, for LROC images you can go to
official LROC site.
