Cash for Clunkers for Spaceships to Mars

Hey ATS, I found this YT video, and the dude speaks of this scenario where the Cash for Clunkers are for getting all the cars to build spaceships to go to Mars.

I dont belive this, unless they have a way to build these ships at record speeds, but, for the 'conspiracy' of it, what do you guys think of the 'conspiracy theory' of this?

Have any of you seen or thought of any thing that 'might' point to this ??

"Axle" is making quite a stretch there....he's a little twitchy/shaky too, eh?

Nonetheless I believe he believes it. Any proof out there of where the clunkers went? Where they crushed? What will the Elites do when they get there? Hide underground? Hmmmmmmm.

He is shaky, like he said, the Govt. knows it i s the end and they need they metal.
