Im pretty impressed that you spotted that shape. the flying wing would be a nice find but i think our silhuets are way to small to be one of those even partly dissasambled, the shape of your find seems to look more like the mig29
with the almost merged tailrudder and vings but still no cockpit shape to be seen.
its easyer to measure in google maps"for me anyway" but your silhuet seems very small compared to the nearby pickup truck on the picture.
i wonder if the same mark shows up in google map, sometimes older maps are available on google.
I wish that i could superimpose a grounded jet onto the silhuets to make a better estimate.
thx alot for your contribution.

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to imply that they might be the Horton 229.

I just though it was cool that they had the flying wing there.

Yup, it shows up in Google Maps too. Wikimapia uses Google Maps, but it has a measuring tool in it when you hover over the login button, and a tool to mark the find too.

Thats why I used it.

I would like to drag this old horse to the water once again. im still curious about the shapes i found,
and i have finally sent the coordinates and some screenshots to the peenemunde museum,
Hoping they might have a explanation.
im still pretty sure the measurements of the shadows stack up to the about 50 feet that these mig's
would be. but i have not been able to find a jet with those exact silhuets, but to close to just
put it away as some kind of Pareidolia.
What do you think?, i hope some newcomers can spread some light here.

To my eye the shapes are more representative of McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantoms.

Did the East Germans operate a training range at the location? Possibly they marked out F-4 Phantom shapes for calibration or target purposes for strafing?

There is a more distinct shape that shows a tail at the following link. Very F-4 Phantom shaped in opinion.

The Polish when they were in the Warsaw Pact also created ranges that featured shapes of western aircraft.

For example you can see sand-shaped Rockwell B-1s and General Dynamic F-111s at the following Polish range.
