All are done by hand using a combination of autodesk Mudbox 2010 ansd 3d Max 2010. No scripts , plugins etc...(as this way gives me FAR more control)... But there are plenty of ways of doing it easer ways if you prefer less control.

You must have 3d glasses (red cyan...used for most moves) as others willl not work. Not everyone is able to see these as some peolpes brains just work differntly.
