Island Def Jam Vice President of sales James Roppo was arrested for apparently not using Twitter to stop a near riot. This article explains it all...

The Post described the scene as a “near riot,” explaining that it took police two hours to restore order. Many fans refused to clear the area in hopes that Bieber was still going to make his appearance. this is my first post,, i actually couldn't post this as i hadn't written enough of my own commenting, but i think this story speaks for itself..

I must say i get many different ideas coming to mind when deciphering this story as it may be setting a precedent to people in similar positions of power, and what does that include? keeping the people in refrain,, i do not agree with this in anyway,, the people have a right to be angry,, and i think this cocky artist should feel the repecussions of such an event which he is responsible for, (geez of course there gonna be upset, the media is meant to be our friend and serve a positive purpose in mind, intelligence and most importantly emotion, its incredibly corrupt these days, the media has become very rude)... this marks a bad time for social segregation.

i invite all theories, n hypothesis', as def jam records has already gained an auspicious place in my mind, therefore i find it interesting that it occured in an off branch of the label..

You know what

most recently there are two things that the industry has pushed more than the people.

The first thing is Twitter, then Drake

Celebrities and Media outlets pushed twitter before it was even that popular with the masses. I've never seen anything like it.
The other thing is Drake, a music artist.

Usually the people love it, a buzz is created and then celebrities and the media talk about it.

But in these two cases it was the complete opposite.
