Its interesting stuff but personally I think while it might explain a good number of em, I think there are some that arent explainable through TLP. I
mean out gassing is one thing, but when the light or flashs move significant distances quickly, something aint normal.
I remember reading a list of the most notable ones over the last few centurys on a site somewhere a few years back... be damned if i can find it now
It mentioned some real good ones, and some of the ones from centuries ago are real odd, main problem is, as they mention, its usually a single
witness, in one place and thats just not enough to say what they saw was NOT just a TLP as science excepts them to be. Heh, while looking around for
that list, I found one guy that claimed he saw a light pop up circle the moon within around 5-6 minutes then shoot off into space... Out gassing cant
explain that, but we only have his testimony for the event.
Still waiting to witness something like it myself
... that and seeing a star at the point of it going nova, you'd think you'd see it alot more
often really
