My dad is a Schriner (you know the Schrine Circus) You know the funny hats and all!!


Well for my dad to become one he had to go thru a long deal to become a Mason! And hit diff levels and stuff!!

Is this the same stuff???????????

Ok I have read thru a few threds and see all of this Freemasonery stuff and I know that my dad went thru all these degrees of masons and stuff. But what I dont understand is how is the Shriner's a secret societie . Everyone knows about them?? My dad even tried to get me to join. Doh!! Oh and buy the way my dad is in his 60s and I am in my 30s just so you dont think that I am some kid

Shriners do in fact exist, wear funny hats (Fez), and most importantly created and support "Worlds Greatest Philanthropy", the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
