Alien Genetic Mutations + 2012 = Help Please

I'm sorry that this may touch in a lot of areas but can someone help me add to this please?

It's by now "common knowledge" in the ET community that alien abductions include various "medical procedures". Could it be possible that the green eye/RH O negative blood mutations that occurred around 25,000 years ago be markers of some sort. Kind of like how we tag sharks. Giving some sort of marker to be able to track certain people.

Would it be more than a coincidence that this mutation occurred roughly 25,000 years ago and that the Earth's axis completes one full cycle of precession roughly every 26,000 years. The cycle of precession is what some believe to be the meaning behind the Mayan Calendar.

Now add the fact that if re-incarnation does exist, and aliens abduct mostly along family lines, could it be that the aliens are in fact tracking specific repeating souls to see how the mutations are coming along?

Let's also say that between the 40's and 60's the governments of the world actually recovered some sort of alien material and were taught some of what the alien presence was about and began to act on such a presence from the 70's until present. Could this account for part of the deeper reason why the western governments began taking blood from newborns and data-basing the results?

So if people's genetic structure was "purposely" mutated to serve as a sort of marker for an upcoming event, could that possibly explain one of the various alien agendas?

Could someone please help elaborate or clarify such a theory?
