Not really sure what to make of the webpage other than its filled with way to much garbage and is sooooo cluttered its annoying to deal with. If there is good information to share with the public/fellow citzens its being overlooked because of a POORLY made and layed out site.

I will weed through it and get back to you if there is anything that is new and prevoking...
