Ed Rosenthal. did anyone watch dateline the other night?

Did anyone watch the interview with Ed the other night by chance? I cant believe that the defense didnt get a chance to present their side of the story, that really ticked me off !

It would appear that Mr. Rosenthal has been targeted for prosecution by the Feds. It's especially sad, since he was given written exemption from prosecution based on his status as an Okland city worker providing cannabis for medicinal purposes.

It seems to be a miscarriage of justice to me, and he's been made a scape goat to send the message that cannabis cultivation will be oppressed, even though California has legalised it for medical reasons.

Sad, very sad.....
