From the information I've seen the photos you have appear to be a cross between the "grey" and "reptilian" types of reported aliens.

From my limited review of this type of information, the reptilians that I most often read about on the net are more similar to the aliens in the television show "V" and the Trandoshains from Star Wars. In fact most of David Icke's site reads like "V" fan fiction.

Reptilian Aliens will look alot different from that. A reptilian alien will not look like a human dressed in a suit. There are other pictures on the net of so called Reptilian Aliens which are meant to be real, but the images are fake.
