IndyMedia, which has been to topic of discussions on this forum in the past is being roughed up again.

A US Attorney issued a subpeona for data on all site traffic for a specific day and furthermore tried to gag the source from disclosing the demand.

The subpeona was subsequently revoked but what the heck is going on?

Here is the story:www.cbsnews.com..." target="_blank" class="postlink" rel="nofollow">//www.cbsnews.com...

An Illuminati tactic.
Flexing subpoena muscles then taking it back flexing threat muscles.

Seems like this happening much more frequently now. I hope for the best. It's too bad courts keep letting these go through because it sets a very bad precedent.
