This is really freaky. Is it coyote with mange? Or the real thing?
I don't know what to think. I think that there is more to it and that they try to debunk it with these coyotes.

I saw once footage from Puerto Rico in the Dutch news. I would like to see it again Does any one know this footage? It was broadcasted in the spring of 2000.

I think it's a poor, unlucky dog with mange.

I'm about halfway convinced that the chupacabra exists, but it cracks me up how every time some random, hairless animal is found, it is automatically labelled Chupacabra! lol! I'm not saying that YOU are doing this OP. It's usually the media or the person who discovers the creature.

It's good to be on the lookout though, so I'm glad you posted this! We never know when one of them might just be the real thing! S&F!

I agree with you on that. That's why I asked about the Puerto Rican footage. It showed something more like the thing on the drawing you posted. I remember it had wings.

Well i think i will listen to what the professional animal expert has to say.We have very clear video and its been positively identified as a coyote with mange so there is no mystery here.

i used to be into cryptozoology, but not really the chupacabra though. its kind of disappointing that my first thought on something changes from "OH DEAR LORD stay away from that crazy blood drinking monster" to "ewww dont go near that thing. it will probably die on you"
just my opinion. i guess people can still be excited about an undiscovered creature...but a new type of dog is bland. i would get more excited over new insects and poisonous frogs they find in africa and the amazon.
