Does your family doctor/school nurse get a "bounty" for giving you a vaccine?

Don't want to intefere with their bonus program for the school or the doctor's incentive payoff or free vacations. What the heck, if you knew so much you would ask questions.

Take care. PC

I was advised against taking it myself (due to some medicine I take and possible interference), so I'm guessing that they are not. The curious thing was that policy dictate I did take it (which was why I had an appointment to begin with), but it seems the doctor I spoke to was quite smug about not suggesting it. I was not charged for the appointment.

Yeah, just like when a doctor prescribes a drug, he gets a cut.

That is why every time I go to any doctor they offer a nice vaccination for like 5 different things.
