Well observed.
I dont think hes done yet, keep an eye on any other acquisitions he may make.
Could be that what he has purchased so far is only a small part of the bigger picture.
In order to own railway all over the country several purchases must be made.
When they can get the infrastructure at the right price he will make his move.

Oh for god's sake. Quit seeing conspiracies in every news article.

Warren Buffet buys up entire companies all the time, for billions.

It's called INVESTING, and he's the best on the planet at that!

Hardly grounds for "something very odd happening".

What do you mean by a power play? Just needing a little clarification on what you are saying.

His NHL team has a one man advantage

Not FEMA.

If you're smart, you'd invest in what he's investing too. Buffet owned a portion and now purchases the entire organization? He's got a business plan and it's time to invest in it.

Good idea. I wish I could afford to purchase ONE share of Berkshire Hathaway. Have you seen what they're trading at lately? Out of range of regular joe investors I'm afraid.

I dont find it odd either.
The railways of the USA will soon return to their glory days as gas gets to expensive.
He can see this and has made moves accordingly.
