I'm kicking it on Ubuntu 9.10 but Fedora 12 comes out this month. Any options on which distro you think is better? Ubuntu or Fedora, and while were
at it how about GNOME vs KDE. I'm currently using Gnome but KDE does look really nice.
I might switch over to Fedora KDE, not sure though. I read the .rmp package system can create a dependency problem for programs while the .deb in
Ubuntu avoids that. Though Fedora does have a slightly higher learning curve than Ubuntu.
I loath Linux, except Fedora for some reason. Gnome just looks like some 1990's throwback whereas KDE is far more polished and modern. If only the
damn thing played games.
