I live right by the development site. I wouldn't mind living there as I'm an avid gun owner. However, the only thing that concerns me, is that if the government decides to impose some kind of martial law(for what ever reason), that community will be one of the first ones that they go to for the removal of thier weapons. Not saying that they are some type of militia or anything, but I'm sure that those folks wouldn't be too happy about giving up thier weapons, which would cause the Govt' to take more drastic measures to disarmam them. Remember Waco.
