Although this seemes like nothing to me, I was confused about Russias open distaste for this deal being signed. Now that it is back in the headlines I am interested to see how it plays out.
Will this missle deal lock Poland into terms with the United States? Do the people of Poland need this or is this superfluous to them? I was hoping to get ATSer input here... Perhaps even someone from Poland to see what they are promised from the deal.
