50 days to save the planet

That is the meme Sky news in the UK are now spouting! They keep showing stock footage of floods and how disaster is ever nearer and there will be no chance to turn back the clock; Brown will say in a conference later today:

This is the moment. Now is the time. For the planet there is no plan B.

Whilst i partially agree humans are a cancer on this planet, as it's hermetically sealed and pumping noxious gases and chopping down trees, which are the lungs of the planet, can't be good, i find it highly suspicious the way the media and more importantly g'ments are suddenly preparing us for the inevitable NWO in the guise of climate control.

For those who like reading legalese, the Copenhagen treaty is available online, all 181 pages of it.

This is a summary of the key points...

38. The scheme for the new institutional arrangement under the Convention will be based on three basic pillars: government; facilitative mechanism; and financial mechanism, and the basic organization of which will include the following:

World Government (heading added)
a) The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as appropriate.

To Redistribute Wealth (heading added)
b) The Convention’s financial mechanism will include a multilateral climate change fund including five windows: (a) an Adaptation window, (b) a Compensation window, to address loss and damage from climate change impacts [read: the "climate debt" Monckton refers to], including insurance, rehabilitation and compensatory components, © a Technology window; (d) a Mitigation window; and (e) a REDD window, to support a multi-phases process for positive forest incentives relating to REDD actions.

With Enforcement Authority (heading added)
c) The Convention’s facilitative mechanism will include: (a) work programmes for adaptation and mitigation; (b) a long-term REDD process; © a short-term technology action plan; (d) an expert group on adaptation established by the subsidiary body on adaptation, and expert groups on mitigation, technologies and on monitoring, reporting and verification; and (e) an international registry for the monitoring, reporting and verification of compliance of emission reduction commitments, and the transfer of technical and financial resources from developed countries to developing countries. The secretariat will provide technical and administrative support, including a new centre for information exchange [read; enforcement].

Once cap 'n trade kicks in (with Goldman Sachs acting as portfolio middle-men for climate credit management), it will be one step nearer to serfdom and the cessation of domestic power to the hands of Euro geo-politics, especially as the Lisbon treaty is picking up pace.

Good luck; it seems 2010 is indeed the beginning of the end.

Is this for merely managing emissions and making sure governing agencies of nations follow through with required demands or is this setting the stage for an actual world government? Maybe they are just laying the framework and starting with climate change and when they are ready they could further force more control onto us or make us thing we need more government.

According to Lord Christopher Monckton, managing emissions and the whole climate 'thang is a fallacy.

Lord Monckton served as a policy adviser to Margaret Thatcher. He has repeatedly challenged Al Gore to a debate, which Gore has refused. Monckton sued to stop Gore's film "An Inconvenient Truth" from being shown in British schools due to its inaccuracies. The judge found in favor of Monckton, ordering 9 serious errors in the film to be corrected. Lord Monckton travels internationally in an attempt to educate the public about the myth of global warming.

They will ramp up the climate meme, so people become accustomed to the fact they are about to be financially raped even more so, once industries have to pay penalties for credit caps and they will pass these costs off to consumers. Expect to hear more in the news about the need for low carbon and increased organisation to alleviate the inevitable.

This will just line the deep pockets of the elite like Goldman Sachs, as they will manage climate credit accounts. Power and control will be transferred to more centralised authorities, paving the way for a loss of rights for each country signing the treaty.

This isn't NWO; it's just a first, halting step in the effort to recuse the impact of burning fossil fuels. Even if there is no such thing as global warming, there is still significant pollution that by itself would be sufficient reason to reduce CO2 emissions.

This isn't any beginning of a World Government. This isn't the beginning of Armageddon. The fact is, it won't make much of a difference at all.

And who says Monckton actually knows what he's talking about?

Humans have not caused climate change..

Lets just say to keep them amused that humans did cause climate change, do they really think 50 days can undo 100's of years worth of damage.

i find it amusing that the very governments that took bribes from the massive global conglomerates that pollute the sea cut down the rain forests and genetically alter viruses to be used as bio weapons now all of a sudden give 2 #s about the environment or the mass populace. people stupid enough to believe the fear and propaganda deserve what they get. Im sick of trying to save the sheep. its a thankless job, and all you get is ridicule and scorn.

Ok, so we have 50 days. Once that 50 days has passed can we stop talking about the lie once and for all? There is no such thing as global warming period. I know they call it climate change now but changing the name does not change the lie.

Its kind of like changing the name of GRID. You can change the name all you want but we all know what the real motive is...
