Firstly, the cement is a new one for me, maybe that's your chemtrail smoking gun????

But its not.

Let me ask you what dry ice and silver iodide is used for?
Why is it being sprayed into clouds?

These two things aren't used for chemtrails, so why are you carrying on about chemtrails and contrails?

Neither have anything to do with this story.

You can't because I haven't, I've actually had to point it out several times here on ATS that cloud seeding and chemtrail/contrails are two completely different things.

In fact I recently posted a thread about cloud seeding and how it has been proven to work.

As you can see, the thread hasn't got much attention, I guess solid science and research isn't what the majority of ATS is after.
