It appears as though two critical changes in policy as to how the United States operates is coming in Dec. 2009.
The CODEX and CLIMATE CHANGE TREATY
Codex Trust Fund application deadline 31 October 2009
The FAO/WHO Project and Fund for Enhanced Participation in Codex (Codex Trust Fund) is now accepting applications for support for developing
countries and countries with economies in transition to participate in Codex meetings scheduled for 2010.

The government will be ruled by the COP with the support of a new subsidiary body on adaptation, and of an Executive Board responsible for the
management of the new funds and the related facilitative processes and bodies. The current Convention secretariat will operate as such, as
appropriate.

How are these important to US?
Think about a trust fund. If you have one, you know there are limits set on it. May be a certain age, or certain amount each month, but the fact is,
someone else controls your wealth. (Never had one by the way)
These Funds cause the United States Government to get into contracts with banks, and pledge certain amounts (like percentages of GDP) to be given to
these funds.
In essence, a global FEDERAL RESERVE!
This whole thing came into play through implimenting the BASEL system and currently BASEL II, which basically allows large banks to take over small
banks.
You see, soon our money will be not controlled by Congress, but the IMF. All financial decision for the US will be made by a G20 type of group.
The key word in this small essay will be Sovereign. The word reign means king. In the US, the people are king over the government.
In almost all other countries, the government is king over the people. That is why they still have kings and queens. Now, if this was so great, why
did the founding fathers come to America and establish a sovereign state?
Historically as well as theoretically, international law is centred around sovereign states. The main actors are states, each governing their own
territory, and with the clear and fundamental rule deriving from the principle of state sovereignty, that the jurisdiction of each state is limited to
their own territory. In the acknowledgment of the advantages and necessity of international cooperation when dealing with problems and concerns that
goes beyond state boarders, the states have created a comprehensive international society with a vast number of inter-governmental bodies.

With sovereign states, each country is allowed to elect it's own government, and laws.
The best example is usually followed. But it allows for flexibility and adaptability.
With an international (World) government, no-one is elected (by the people) and the people are not sovereign of jack. They are slaves.
Now, America has slowly been misled into further and further international participation. Steps were taken to involve us into the UN, NATO, CARO, WTO,
IMF, WORLD BANK, WHO, and on and on.
Can anyone remember being asked if we wanted to be involved in the UN, or NATO?
Was there a vote powered by the people? NO!
How is this possible? International law.
Originally in International Law the theory prevailing was that of absolute immunity but this proved difficult to apply without consent from the
foreign States. However, Restrictive Immunity theory is fundamentally being applied the world over as an aspect of International Law. Immunity in this
case is to be granted only in the case of particular types of property

You see, under international law, the Banks (and governments) are immune. Immune from who. The People!
