Brook Barlow the best friend I ever had.

Just the basics.
Brook was a chick magnet.
I only knew of him from stopping once in awhile at The Dew Drop inn, for a beer after work.
Didn't really know him from atom.
I showed up at that bar one day with basically no where else to go.
Domestic problems can ruin a man.
From there I found out what a big heart this seemingly careless bar fly of ladys
man actually had.
That guy took me under his wing and helped me through one of the toughest periods in my life. So tough that if it weren't for him I really can't see how I would be here today.
I lost the best friend I ever had to a work accident in 1992, I had only known him
four very short years and I expect to miss him every day for the rest of my life.
I loved Brook Barlow and this is one of my many thank yous.

I was one of his chicks 28 years ago! I loved Brook. He came to my rescue as well. I had not seen or talked to him in 26 years. Please do not think I am a whacko, but Brook came to me "in spirit" a few years ago (2014) and told me he had died. I have been looking everywhere to find out if this is true and came across this post just yesterday. After I found your post, I was able to confirm his death via LA County coroners office but no details other than blunt force head trauma. Can you please tell me if you know anything about his death?

Wow I posted this so long ago. So you know Micheal B and his sister
Lisa? She also took to the great beyond a couple months ago.
Talk to me some more before I go into detail because this guy is
a hero to me. And it's hard for me to even write about.
I loved Brook Barlow. And I loved Michael and his sister.How awesome
our God is that you would find this thread? I miss Brook often.
