Hmmm... Interesting. My first thought was the fact that the balloon was being followed by helicopters and I wonder if perhaps what we are seeing is one of those helicopters in the background.....?

I can't believe they (CNN) let that slip. They must have seen that maybe thought it was something conventional. It really seems that it is interested in the balloon and is positioning itself to get a great view as the balloon fly by.

That's a ufo in my opinion. If you watch the guy, he keeps rewinding it. He gets a nice close up of the disc. As the camera angle moves past the ufo, you can clearly see how the reflecting sun lights rolls around the contours on top half of the disc. Planes and choppers wouldn't have such a prominent reflective signature would they?
They were probably really curious and flattered

The aliens were like, what the hell are those silly humans up to now, and came to check out the flying saucer to see if we got it right. As, you all can tell though, we obviously didn't get it right...

I really would like to hear from people who were watching this live!

The TV news must know whats in their video.
I think they caught one and can't say.
A good way to show the power of TPTB.

They silenced a lot of people through the years and the
news has no reason to know a real story.

It's an out of focus helicopter...

At 0:30 to 0:32 you can see the main rotor blades reflect the sun on top, and you can see them spinning. The reflection is kind of strobing on each blade.

You can also kind of see the helicopters tail.

Here is a picture of the "ufo" next to an image of a helicopter with a lit main rotor. I tried to match the length of it with the "ufo"..

Clearly it's a helicopter.

Your assumption and examination is quite convincing to me.

A bug eyed chopper.
Sure that fits identified all right.
Glad you guys can go to sleep solving this one.
Thats a fuzzy ET or UFO and hardly a chopper.
But there must have been a chopper pushing the balloon along.
Or pushing it to the ground.
The case for the UFOs are they are invisible , or go unnoticed,
until showing up in videos.
Thats too much of a stretch of a fuzzy blob to be identified.

Tesla, you can see the rotor blades moving in the video. You can even see the helicopters tail. The helicopter is not in the depth of field, so it is out of focus.

There were several helicopters chasing the balloon, but they had to stay far away or a big gust of wind could push the balloon into the choper blades, or get sucked into the blades. Their cameras have extremly good zoom, so they didn't even need to get close.

With all the cameras following this balloon, and all eyes in the sky, someone would have noticed. Those chopper pilots are in constant communication, and constantly scanning the skys, they would have seen something too.

It is just a helicopter.

I did see the video but did not check that instance.
Just saw blob.
Will check it out later yet even tomorrow on a better computer
I don't think I'll have better resolution.
What I think I saw was a halo or aura around the blob.
Now video people have been calling that particular trait compression
in faking saucer videos.
So since this was a news feed the chopper must have been a 911 job.
A chopper turns into a plane, now a ufo turns into a chopper.
ED: So far I can not identify chopper yet light fingers top and
bottom of blob looks pretty spooky. If no chopper was around then
ufo but based on video can't say, just no video confirmation.
I tend more to invisible light bending high voltage air craft only
showing up in video.
Guess the youtube poster thinks the same as why post a video
of a chopper and say its a UFO.
Then its nothing but a big hoax.

Im leaning towards helicopter on this, i can see the tail of it in the picture posted, although it isnt very clear i will say helicopter. But still a good catch.

About the other picture, what could of actually fallen off a helium balloon? surely its just a balloon? Thats more a ufo to me than the helicopter one.

Any one catch that this was a static propulsion experiment and
the balloon went 400 miles per hour.
I think I saw the static experiment cross by on TV or the net.
But just heard about the 400 miles per hour.
Now that is faster than a chopper and has to be pushed by
the static field UFO for instance.
However all the video of the balloon in flight must have been
taken by choppers.
So we are back to making opinions again.

why would a ufo show up in that instance? think about it people

You can see a UFO in the news broadcast video.

I was sitting here telling everyone in my house that the story of a boy being trapped in it was BS and that the dad was craving some attention. That the boy would be found later perfectly safe and more than likely was never in that balloon to begin with.

With how high and fast that thing was going, I couldn't understand how anyone seriously thought a 6 year old boy was in it. The dad is also a very bad actor and didn't show any real emotion at all. Kept hiding his face too much to try hiding the fact he wasn't really crying.

The whole thing was just pathetic, yet hilarious.
