There was an article posted here, I'm not sure when, where a Chinese general says something along the lines of "The US population should leave the country or give half of the US to China". Does anyone have te link to the article please or know where i can read it.

Never heard about that. But there's a news about a meeting where a PLA general suggested to his counterpart in US that China and US should each have half of the Pacific Oceans. Maybe it's this one you read about?
